Unlike most bison and domestic cattle, our buffalo are grass fed and are not raised on grain and antibiotics. They are allowed to roam freely, fattening themselves as nature intended. Our premium products are the result of our meticulous attention to the three most important criteria for the quality and tenderness of a cut of meat:

About Our Honey

For four generations the Youngblood family name has been synonymous with bee keeping and the highest quality honey to be found in the state of Texas. Of all the varieties that the family has produced over the past 70 years, it is the Guajillo Honey that has made their reputation what it is today.

Guajillo has an extremely delicate and distinctive taste that is both unique and extraordinarily flavorful. The plant blooms in late March and early April and it is during this time that the bees seek out the little blonde blossoms that give Guajillo both its delicious flavor and beautiful color. The honey is then cold centrifuge extracted, retaining the beneficial antioxidants and amino acids that would otherwise be depleted during a high temperature filtration process.

The honey is then bottled in a one pound Italian green glass jar, which is in the shape of an ancient Etruscan olive oil vessel.
